Representation of the organization :
Represent himaya within his/her field of expertise;
Attend all technical meetings with partners and brief the executive director on the outcomes;
Elaborate necessary documents introducing his/her program
Program management :
Elaborate a clear timeline to develop all activities on himaya’s strategic plan and follow-up its implementation;
Organize and lead internal program meetings ;
Elaborate and submit the yearly budget and action plan for the program;
Submit the yearly annual report;
Work on the structure of the program in order to deliver the services in the most efficient way;
Submit monthly reports to the executive director

Human resources
Identify the needs in recruitment for the different units within the program ;
Ensure the closing interview during the recruitment process ;
Ensure the evaluation meeting with the personnel within the program ;
Conduct end of contract interview;
Elaborate the startegy of the unit
Develop the strategy of the unit;
Provide detailed description of all services delivered by the program;
Conduct technical training for the senior team members in the regions;
Coordination with the units
Meet regularly with the head of units to coordinate on joint activities
