Scope of responsibility:
Under the managerial responsibility of the Finance/HR manager
Control financial movements (cash/checks/transfers) in the Project,
Checking compliance with MSF rules and protocols to have a trustworthy record of the movements of existing cashboxes
Checking of medical invoices.
Activities:
Ensure confidentiality on all cash / finance issues related to MSF
Monitor cash available, anticipate needs for the day (payments, advances),
Payments of suppliers
Classify and prepare all accounting pieces as requested by the Project Fin/HR manager/Personnel Administration manager.
File the accounting documents and enter the accounting pieces in the accounting software
Translation (English <-> Arabic) and any other communication with suppliers
Support in administrative office for any other task requested
