Clinic Manager – Bekaa Valley - Hermel 50%

Scope of responsibility: Plan, organize, and evaluate the activities concerning the clinic and the team associated, according to MSF values, policies and protocols and universal health standards, in order to warrant the quality and continuity of the health care and the development of the plan of action.   -Function responsibilities include: Carry out the functions and tasks associated to the clinic management (logistics, HR and Finance, medical) Implement all the protocols and hygiene procedures, supervise his/her team follow the same standards Organize and coordinate the activities of the employees, incl. People Management Carry out and/or supervise the (decentralized) pharmacy and medical equipment management Carry-out and/or coordinate administrative information and data collection (patient files, forms, statistics, etc.) tasks, and elaborate regular reporting, in order to have updated and reliable information about the day-to-day activity in the project, output/ outcome and support decision-taking.   -Starting date: asap -Type of contract: starting with 6 months fixed term – 50% -  renewable - Place of work :  Bekaa Valley -  Hermel

-Experience and knowledge required:
 Nurse/doctor diploma essential.
 Essential 2 years of previous professional experience. Having worked in MSF or other NGO’s and management experience are an asset.
 Mission and local language essential. (English and Arabic)
 Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet)
