Human Resources Assistant

Under the overall supervision of the Head of Office and the direct supervision of Resource Management Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for providing necessary support to human resources functions of IOM Beirut mission and hub/satellite offices:   Maintain personnel files of National staffs and HR roaster files. Maintain and update overtime record/compensatory leave, sick leave, and annual leaves. Maintain attendance records on a monthly basis of all staff and give reports to supervisors when required. Prepare all national staff contracts and coordinate for signing. Coordinate with supervisors in order to prepare or extend all SST, Hourly and daily contracts. Coordinate and prepare letters of agreements and letters of    Understandings. Prepare Certificates of employment and Note verbals for staff. Maintain and update staff database and assist in reports related to statistics of Staff members. Update all staff information on PRISM Preparing vendor creations for new staff. Providing assistance and conducting interviews (sort applications, arrangement of interviews, reference checks etc.) Responsible for the role of Time-keeper for PRISMHR. Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Education Degree Details
1. Bachelor Degree in Business Administration Concentration Human Resources Management.
2. 5 years in relevant Experience.
3. High level of computer literacy (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) in particular experience in computerized accounting systems including SAP application.
4. Previous experience working with IOM.
5. Knowledge of staff rules and regulations, staff entitlements and benefits.
