- Assists in project budgeting meetings in close cooperation with the Project Financial Specialist
- Assists in the monthly Financial reports
- Responsible for offers and purchasing procedures for projects, contact with suppliers
- Provide Financial information concerning projects to the Project Financial Specialist
- Assists in monitoring project budget execution for all activities
- Assists in tracking payments and expenditures
- Prepares payment vouchers, receipts according to Safadi Foundation rules and insures that all transactions have related supporting documents
- Ensure proper and complete documentation and filing in place
- Others duties if assigned by the Project Financial Specialist
