Moreover, Right To Play's vision is to create a healthy and safe world through the power of sport and play.  Summary of position Assessment and monitoring of the rehabilitation of 3 football pitches in the North, 2 or 3 in Beirut, 1 in Saida, and 1 in Sour   Duties and Responsibilities Conduct an initial technical survey of the physical condition of the football pitches. Identify elements which require rehabilitation, and produce cost estimates for each element, according to the available budget. Compare the elements of works within each football pitch, and in comparison to other football pitches within the package of works, and prioritize those elements which most urgently require attention. This selection will be based on what is deemed most essential in terms of providing an environment for the children which is safe, healthy, and conducive to education. Produce based on the above, a categorization of work as follows: ‘Minor’, ‘Medium’, and ‘Major’ rehabilitation work. Produce a Scope of Works to be undertaken, focusing on the highest priority items. Supervise and monitor the execution of the works by the contractors in terms of quality. Inspect completed works, certify conformance at practical completion.
