Child Protection Officer

Support the implementation of CFS services, guided by the RI CFS manual and advise partners on CFS approaches, as well as Education in Emergencies; Deliver  technical child protection training to partner CSOs; Enhance project efficiency and effectiveness through implementation follow-on activities with various partners; Bolster the technical approach of the partners as well as ensure on-going mentorship and capacity building support; Ensure that quality and protection standards are implemented and respected in all implementation sites; Compile feedback from the field on the implementation methodology including challenges and lessons learned in collaboration with partners; Provide revisions/updates of methodologies used; Update monitoring and evaluation tools that can provide to RI's program management team information appropriate to assess the program quality; Prepare background information and analysis; Assist in the reporting on program implementation and in the preparation of reports and project documents. Prepare timely situation analysis reports on the status of the child protection activities;
