Communication Coordinator

Job Mission: To assist the National Sponsorship Coordinator in the accomplishment of his/her daily tasks and work directly with the Director of Fundraising Development & Communication     Key domains of performance and major responsibilities :   * To assist the International Sponsorship Coordinator in his work in order to ensure high quality of international sponsroship services. * Treat the gifts and letters sent to children and send back to the villages after dispatching, while sending thank you letters as proof of reception to the sponsors. * Ensure a good translation of correspondences, letters, and other documents related to the sponsorship work in English and/or French. * Designing, developing and/or revising marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, advertisements, handouts, client presentations, posters, invitations, web images, etc., for internal and external audiences * Altering or repairing graphic elements as necessary and/or place or convert graphic elements into correct formats/programs; * Creating and/or manipulating graphic elements (photos, logos, themes, etc.) for use in client- facing and internal marketing communications efforts. * Managing social media channels * Assist in managing media relations.
