1- Follow-up on production: - Organize production: distribute tasks by job and by machine, according to priorities and constraints. - Coordinate the production plan: supply, manufacturing, packaging, delivery. - Participate in determining production targets in terms of cost, time, quality and quantity. - Daily monitoring of indicators: objectives, costs, time, product quality - Monitor the implementation of security, hygiene and environment procedures - Respond quickly to economic, technical, human dysfunctions. - Treat the suppliers customers, sub-contractors incidents.   2- Optimizing production processes - Monitor facility compliance with the rules and procedures. - Prevent internal risks related to quality; participate in the update of the QHSE system (quality, health, safety, environment). - Provide technical advice in the manufacturing. - Participate in the optimization or adaptation of the production tool. - Define the criticality of facilities and vital spare parts to keep in stock.   3- Supervision of the production team: - Lead and coordinate the activities of one’s team - Educate and train industrial and environmental security - Assess and define recruitment needs related to HR services - Manage staff (absences, leave, replacements ...). - Realization of professional, assessment, and training interviews. - Promote skills development   4- Potential activities: - Ensure reporting of activities to superiors - Define, control and monitor industrial performance indicators (KPI): volume of consumed goods and materials, rate of malfunctions, scrap rates ... - Develop quotes following the customer orders, answer specific customers requests. - Define its manufacturing process of product while overseeing production and quality control in the laboratory. - Supervise the activity of storage and shipping.   Professional skills                             * fermentation techniques and production of pesticide * Mastery of the ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification   Personal skills                                  - Listening skills                                 - Confidentiality - Ability to synthesize                               - Organizational capacity - Team work                                                                                         - Managerial capacity                                                                                   - Ability to manage the unexpected - Reactivity (incidents and accidents) - Culture of quality and results
