The program focuses on establishing networks in rural areas and training beneficiaries in becoming self-employed.
Working in the area she/he lives in, reporting to the main office in Beirut; the Filed Officer will handle the following tasks:
Identify market needs in relationship with the private sector
Conduct outreach to identify and recruit target populations in coordination with local GOL, NGOs, private sector and communities groups
Monitor quality of training and provider conduct
Lead the beneficiary selection and assessment process in coordination with local stakeholders.
Position requirements:
Preferably University Graduate or proven experience
Min 2 years proven experience in field work and working with the private sector.
English language is a must
