Job description including qualifications and competencies:
To coordinate the implementation of activities in the Community Center or SDC or Mobile Unit;
To ensure the application of child protection standards during the activities;
To coordinate the planning of PSS activities in collaboration with the Coordinator;
To coach/support the Animators on weekly basis in order to adapt the PSS activities to the beneficiaries’ needs in collaboration with the CPO;
To perform regular assessment on the quality and the content of the intervention;
To provide necessary technical support to enhance and sustain the quality of the services provided under the supervision of the CPO;
To refer beneficiaries with special needs , and follow up the referred cases' conditions in collaboration with the Social worker and coordinator;
To monitor protection risks and needs and identifying protection cases;
Reports to the PM/PSS coordinator on regular basis on both technical and organizational level;
To ensure appropriate monitoring and evaluation systems are in place, support staff in all monitoring processes;
To collect the daily reports of the Animators;
To provide monthly and weekly reports on progress of activities in the center;
To closely coordinate with the CPO and the other CP officers to ensure effective delivery of age-appropriate activities;
To organize weekly meetings with Animators and Volunteers, to share lessons learned and exchange experiences;
Ensure the collection of quantitative/qualitative data;
Any other task relevant to the position.

Internal: other members of TDH IT programs in the field
External: local partner –Other NGOs/INGOs
Job Requirements:
Education: secondary school
Work Experience:
1 year work experience in similar position
Experience in working in a cross cultural environment preferable
Demonstrated Skills and Competencies:
Team spirit,
Good communication skills
Time management and organizational skills
Accountability
Others:
Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, English speaking is a plus
Valid Lebanese driving license is a plus
A car is an asset
Experience required: from 2 to 3 years
