Psychologist

                                   Terms of reference Psychologist   Mada is a non- partisan, non-sectarian Lebanese NGO established in Lebanon in 2000 which aims at reinforcing the relationship between local communities and their natural environment for the satisfaction of their needs.   Since 2014, Mada, Mouvement social, Fair trade Lebanon and CCFD are implementing a project aiming at strengthening the social cohesion in villages where the influx of Syrian refugees was important. Psycho social services are provided to local communities and Syrian refugees. Main work interfaces   Internal interfaces -      Executive Coordinator -      Project Coordinator -      Financial and admin department   External interfaces -      Partner organizations -      Local authorities -      Beneficiaries     Main tasks -      Define thematic for focus groups and animate them, if needed identify experts -      Conduct individual consultations -      Refer cases to the social worker -      Provide activity reports to project coordinator -      Coordinate with project coordinator and social worker   Education and knowledges required   Psychologist degree   Field experience at least 2 years   Computers: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet   Languages: French, English, Arabic, etc.     Skills required -  Management - Organisation -  Reactivity -  Relational skills -  Implication - Adaptability - Pedagogy - Initiative   Geographic location -  Location: Mechmech, Hrar, Fneideq (upper Akkar) Duration -  Duration:7 months
