Women's Workshop Coordinator

Basmeh and Zeitooneh is seeking a full-time coordinator for it's Womens Workshops that are located in Shatila, Burj Al Barajneh, Tripoli and Bar Elias. Key Responsibilities: Managing the women workshop for embroidery in Shatila camp, Burj Albarajneh, Tripoli and Bar Elias. Managing the marketing scheme and keeping an updated schedule of prospective costumers. Managing the communication with customers and designers and coordinating with internal staff  Managing the budget of the project Coordinating awareness sessions and psychosocial support sessions for women working in the workshop Managing the online store for the workshop's products Provides written reports to management every month, detailing the progress of the project and other forms of reporting as requested by management and donor; Manages and coordinates the acquisition of resources/paperwork/forms required by donors (service agreements, reports, budget documentation, price quotes) Education: Must have a background in fashion or design and the ability to manage a large number of employees.
