Technique & Logistics Assistant – Bekaa Valley

- Scope of responsibility: Carry out the supervision of the technical logistician, and the security guards, follow with them their works and do the contracts respecting the MSF procedures.   - Function responsibilities include:   Coordinate with his supervisor in ensuring the proper filing of the logistics documents regarding Biomed (follow the biomed equipment, monitor the biomed maintenance schedule, fill the stock cards of the spare parts, and filling) Supervise the security guards team making sure that everyone complies with his job description, in good working conditions. Draw up and follow up a team planning (vacations, replacements of the security guards, etc.) Follow the attendance sheet of the security guards. Do the monthly roster of the security guards. Ensure the proper use, monitoring and maintenance of infrastructures, installations and equipment, according to MSF CH standards. Coordinate with the technician to ensure that all MSF accommodations, offices and stocks have the proper and adequate energy and water supply. Support the medical activities in the clinics when required (rehabilitations, follow the contractors with the technician). Conduct all the services contracts when needed after collecting all the support documents requested (the contact and address of the provider, quotation, invoices). Immediately inform the line manager and or technical adviser of information that has or could have an impact on the security of MSF staff and /or properties.
