GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under the supervision of the Field Supervisor, the FSL Field Officer will directly work with refugee communities and direct beneficiaries of ACF Lebanon through distributions and continuous monitoring activities for a new cash based intervention of ACF Lebanon. S/He will work in close coordination with the field staff of other ongoing ACF programs in the area.   SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES AND TASKS Objective 1: To ensure timely and quality implementation of cash based interventions of ACF  Directly engage in the selection of program beneficiaries under the supervision of Field Supervisor Directly engage in distribution of program items, organization of distributions and communication of distributions with beneficiaries Represent and the explain the project and its objectives to program beneficiaries under the guidance of the Field Supervisor Perform monitoring visits to vendors and program beneficiaries using the tools developed/provided by ACF Lebanon Provide written and verbal reports to the Field Supervisor within an agreed period of time Objective 2: To support other humanitarian activities of ACF upon the request of HoP  To support other ongoing programs and any new emergency interventions of ACF upon the request of HoP To support ACF assessment and monitoring activities of ACF upon the request of HoP Objective 3: Security  Respect the security rules specified in the mission and base security plan and perform the security management tasks that can be assigned in its protocols. Communicate to the security managers of the working location any security related information or noncompliance with the security plan. KNOWLEDGE, CAPABILITIES AND SKILLS Knowledge in food security, livelihoods, cash-based interventions (Cash transfer programs) Experience in Cash-based humanitarian interventions (essential) Familiarity with food security and livelihood interventions and humanitarian assessment (prefered) Good team worker, good listener, high communication skills Good skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and using smart phones
