The director will be in charge of performing the following: 1-Follow up on implementing the organization plan of action and strategy 2-work out the financial plan and budget of the organisation 3-propose a plan of action for the organisation 4- develp fundraising strategy of the organization  5- Carry out the day to day activities of the organisation 6- work as a team leader
