Job Purpose:  To develop LADE’s methodology in Monitoring the Elections from a gender perspective with all its related tools.             Core staff                                                        Contract 2. Key Result Areas: Developing LADE’s methodology in Monitoring the Elections from a gender perspective. (Pre- Elections- E-day –and monitoring the complaints). Elaborating gender election’s monitoring criteria for pre-elections, E-day and for post elections monitoring. Developing Gender monitoring forms. Writing the gender monitoring guide. 3. Minimum Qualifications: Education -          Master Degree in public administration, political science, NGO management or any related field. -          Fluency in written and spoken English, and Arabic, French is an asset. Experience -          At least 5 years of experience in gender related issues. -          Strong background & expertise in Electoral Law, Electoral Reform and Election Observation. Computer Expert in main computer applications (Microsoft Office Application…). Ability to use social research software is an asset.
