Project Coordinator

  Main Tasks and Responsibilities 1 Assist the project manager in the development of the project reports and the reporting to the donor 2 Conduct the different types of activities as per the implementation plan 3 Plan & schedule project timelines and execution strategies 4 Provide administrative support in the organization of conferences, courses, and workshops and attend as necessary. 5 Handle all tasks related to monitoring and evaluation of the project   6 Coordinate & Follow-up on all ongoing projects 7 Implement WIF social media strategy 8 Identify new international and regional sources of funding 9 Assist the project manager in other additional tasks that may rise during the field work   Qualifications Education University degree in political sciences, social sciences, communications or any other related field Essential Knowledge & Skills Strong experience in project implementation, logistics, reports writing, assessments, data collection and social media Essential Strong communication skills both oral and written and excellent knowledge of English and Arabic, French is a plus Essential Experience Minimum of 2 years of experience in the development field Preferred Experience working with various stakeholders Essential Work Environment The Project Coordinator will spend 100% of his/her time on the project Essential
