Purpose / Project Description: Currently, the ICT department at Mercy Corps Lebanon has the opportunity of providing Training for those who are interested in having an overview of the ICT infrastructure, work, and obstacles we face along with how to find solutions to those problems, what is the best solution, and what the policies and procedures of Mercy Corps state:     Learning Objectives: ➢     Introduction to Mercy Corps international and local standards in the ICT department ➢     Learning how to setup an infrastructure for offices/sub-offices ➢     Learning how to diagnose problems related to networking/or/hardware and find solutions ➢     Learn how to document ICT infrastructure using many softwares such as visio ➢     Learn to implement security measures to prevent unauthorized access or breach.   Timeframe / Schedule: 2 months: Flexible and adaptable attendance requirements   The Trainee will have the exposure to meet with the different departments during the training period
