Blue Mission Organization is a holistic community-based NGO that provides quality services in education, psychosocial support and healthcare services to the multicultural communities in Lebanon. Blue Mission is an independent Lebanese NGO based in Saida whose main focus has been, since 2002, to work with children, teachers and parents in the areas of non-violent conflict resolution, peace-building, and psychosocial intervention.
The Mobile Clinic project was creating in partnership between Blue Mission and Islamic Relief U.K.
The main objective of theMobile Clinic project is to provide emergency mobile primary health care servicesfor Syrian refugee.
The mobile clinic team provides free medical consultations, medication, health education, preventative follow-up programs, and vaccinations.
The team move fivetimes per week to different shelters in the south of Lebanon, the Mont Lebanon and Saida. The team is composed with two doctors, one nurse, one medical assistant and one driver and one project manager.
Missions for the Mobile Clinic Manager
- To be a trusted member for the team.
- Maintain the current organization of the human resources and to adapt it in case of.
- To represent Blue Mission and to communicate about the mobile clinic missionswith other teams, partners, authorities, others NGO and to organize this communication.
- To delegate tasks to team as more as possible.
- To manage the achievement of objectives, and analyze the evolution and the difficulties.
- Decides as a team new ways to improve the work, always look for the general agreement in the team.
- To ensure the respect of the private life of the public.

Master’s degree in social sciences, mental health or similar.
Proficient in English and Arabic.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, SPSS program especially Excel/Word/PowerPoint.
Knowledge of Microsoft Access is an asset.
