Field Based Facilitator

Overall Responsibility Under the supervision of the Project Officer, the Field Based Facilitator will be responsible for implementing needs assessments, organize focus groups, and tackle GBV cases.   Main Duties and Responsibilities Coordinating with the Project Officer on the schedule of the needs assessments to be conducted. Working with the host and refugee communities to create focus groups and conduct households visits to beneficiaries. Working closely with the Gender team to conduct activities (PSS, Life Skills and Awareness Sessions). Working closely with municipalities and local NGOs working in Saida and Mount Lebanon area. Collecting Data, and working on day-to-day Data entry. Providing progress reports to the Project Officer on a weekly basis. Collecting the number of beneficiaries targeted in the focus groups discussions.  Directly reporting any security / field / office Incidents to the Gender Officer. Respecting and applying Islamic Relief policies and procedures such as “GBV Policy” and “Confidentiality Policy”. Submission regular reports to line management. Performing any other duties requested by line manager.
