Legal Field Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:  Under the supervision of the Program Manager, the Legal Field Coordinator will be responsible for the in compliance with the relevant IRD policies and procedures. The specific duties include: Receive and assist all refugees coming into IRD offices. Establish timeframe for the legal work Coordinate field work with local representatives/community members and the legal Team at IRD. Manage the specialized legal ROV’s recruited by IRD Train the specialized ROV’s on all legal related matter and referral pathways. Secure permission from local community leaders for data collection in selected clusters with help from local government representatives when is necessary. Ensure follow on Administrative legal procedure with local and civil authorize. Review all data collection forms for consistency and completeness and data entry Ensure the successful development, implementation and monitoring of the project and the objectives of the project. Be accountable for the transparency and quality of grant implementation processes and activities at the field level, including contracted services and project committees at the community level, including service-delivery community coordination and reporting. Whenever is necessary, attend all related work meetings in the regions to coordinate with other agencies working. Provide regular reporting to the legal officer and the senior management team on all aspects of legal services implementation. Monitor the political and security developments throughout the areas of active and potential implementation; provide regular analysis and discussion with the senior management team of the same.
