Mental Health Program - Public Health Officer (Repost)

Provide support to the mental health Programme: Assist the Mental Health Programme in preparing and maintaining project-related documentation and material. Assist in the development of needed project proposals Assist in the development of educational and promotional material. Assist in the preparation of the newsletter, press releases, website maintenance, and progress reports. Assist in the monitoring and evaluation activities Prepare the programme meetings, write up the minutes. Ensure the follow up of the implementation of the recommendation of the programme meetings Maintain the proper filing and archiving of projects/programme activities, including periodic computers back-up Coordinate with different programme partners on projects and maintain an updated contact list of stakeholders, NGOs, iNGOs, UN agencies, and other partners Assist other core team members in their projects as requested by the Head of the Programme.   Provide administrative support: Assist in the organization of workshops, training activities, meetings, fieldtrips, roundtables (booking the venue, budget preparation, equipment, documents and stationery to be used) Perform administrative tasks photocopies, printing, buying stationeries, scanning/faxing documents, minutes of meetings Prepares drafts of correspondence, send and receive faxes and emails, help in the translation of material as needed Maintain office equipment/supplies, answer phone calls, respond/redirect inquiries Demonstrate and encourage respectful, non-judgmental attitudes and ethical treatment that promotes and protects the human rights of individuals with MNS disorders Participate to mental health programme weekly meeting and any other relevant meetings Other activities as needed
