Social Worker

Project implementation: Participate to the information campaign about the program, and to the general assessment before starting the rehabilitation work; Be in charge of organizing the meetings (planning, group…), and mobilizing the community field. Assist Field Officer in procurement and logistics and all data gathering requirements. Assist the Field Officer during the daily activities. Report every day the problems to the Field Officer and provide weekly reports. Assist in any additional tasks assigned by the Field officer. Work with the field team to achieve the objectives of the project. Participate in the organization and implimentation of cleaning campaigns. Participating in hygiene kit distributions and hygiene promotion performance.  Related skills: Experience in community mobilization in deprived rural communities. Good knowledge of the area/region and its local customs. Excellent organizational capacities. Excellent social, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Ability to work under pressure. Reporting skills. Initiative, involvement and commitment. Acting in a diplomatic way, representing  non-religious, non-political and non-sectarian principles and respect for diversity and gender.
