Education coordinator performs a wide range of duties including some or all of the following:
•Enhance the education level in SDAID schools by working on improving the teachings methodologies and developing the curriculum.
•Supervise and coordinate Education Projects in the current community centers and schools and any new additional ones.
•Provide and procure necessary items for Education related projects in SDAID's camps
•Identify the needs of the different groups of child-refugees in order to set the priorities of projects goals and work based on them.
•Assist in identifying potential sources of funding for Education projects in the Bekaa.
•Write reports regarding long-term Education projects.
•Represent SDAID in all meetings and events related to education sector.
•Ensuring reporting from the school staff is completed on a weekly basis.
•Write weekly reports to update the situations in the education projects.
•Participate in planning the education department yearly budget.
Qualifications
1) Knowledge, skills and abilities • Good organizational skills • Good project management or coordination skills • Good communication skills • Minimum two years' experience in education sector or equivalent sectors • Knowledge in Word processing programs
