Human Resources Coordinator

Objectives + Tasks: Ensure the SPOC HR role: Listening to the operant volunteers of Taanayel center. To be the Spokesperson of the HR department at Taanayel. Save absences, leaves, holidays, illness... and report the information to the HR department. Give the advances according to arcenciel procedure. Prepare the files of the new volunteers as well the certifications that he may need. Distribute the salaries (cash) and make sure that the related vouchers are signed. Ensure the integration of the new volunteers starting with a visit to the center by presenting them to all the volunteers operating at the same center and by providing the necessary support. Linking the volunteers of the center and the HR department at every HR activity. Respond to internal conflicts between the volunteers. ] Assume the role of Psychologist: Welcome the beneficiaries of the project who need psychological counselling. Learn about the cases (listening, observation, analysis of the file) of students in special classes and day care, beneficiaries of the center and project tracking and evaluating their pathological problems (language delay, stuttering, behavioral disorders, violent attitude and reactions, relationship difficulties, etc...) Establish Individual Plans Progress and proper action plan by conducting individual interviews with recipients to collect the necessary information to put the problem and issue working hypotheses and to collaborate with professional teams of the specialized class, daycare and health units of the center to ensure the best results.  Conduct and monitor progress of the IPP in coordination with the health and youth teams of the center.
