We are looking for a highly qualified psychosocial experts who will develop and compliment DRC’s Lebanon PSS curricula for children and caregivers towards asset-building to build the resilience and equip beneficiaries to address GBV prevention and response. Duties and deliverablesa. Desk Review• Review DRC’s PSS child and caregivers curriculum and identify gaps linked to topics linked to GBV prevention and response; • Review existing GBV/PSS curricula available in Lebanon and MENA region; b. Field consultation • Conduct field visits to consult field staff on the lessons learned, best practices and gaps on the current curriculum and range of activities to be included as part of this curriculum linked to GBV; • Conduct age and culture appropriate FGDs with children and caregivers to collect feedback on the curriculum and evaluate needs for sessions around specific vulnerabilities; • Produce a short report on the field consultation and review of current approach and formulate recommendation on the revision of the current approach. c. Develop the PSS curriculum• Revise the curriculum on the basis of collected feedback based on existing and new GBV resources; • Develop age and culture appropriate sessions for child and caregivers specifically addressing GBV prevention and response; • Conduct field-level pilot testing of the revised curriculum; • Train staff on the revised curriculum. Expected deliverables Briefing note on evaluation of the current curriculum/approach and recommendations on way forward Development of revised curriculum  Training of staff on revised curriculum (incl. final report on the training) About youTo be successful in this role you must have a Bachelor/ Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Public health or other related field;Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination and safety of client at all times; At least 5-7 years of experience in international organizations and humanitarian settings, specifically in GBV in emergency; Experience in developing tools, guidance and curricula on GBV prevention and response; Experience conducting literature and desk reviews. Ideally you will also have strong analytical and draftin skills, Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint); Comfortable in a multi-cultural environment, flexible and able to handle pressure well.
