Head Of Production

Objective + Tasks : 1- Coordinate, organize and monitor the work of the production units in different centers: Coordinate work between the different production units in each center. Supervise and control the monitoring of the weekly schedule and decisions concerning production. Organize the manufacturing and monitoring of orders among the production units of the different centers, in coordination with the logistics department. Supervise and monitor raw materials ordering and production units' sales in each center. 2- Check the quality of finished products in the production sector: Centralize lists of identified defects. Collect and anlyze quality control copies. Conceive audit reports to the management along with the propositions. Coordinate with the centers in order to correct production errors and other things that need to be improved. 3-Administer and manage the program's production sector: Centralize external demands and allocate the tasks. Inform the team every week/month of what they are producing and ask them to do more if needed. Update prices for finished products and the production plans of existing products and to be produced products if necessary. Make an annual provisional plan of the quantities to be produced, taking into account arcenciel's stock. Elaborate the estimated budget of the center's workshops with the head of the program, each year. Reviews with various heads of units the budgetary monitoring, sent by the finance department every month; and make work decisions based on such monitoring. Enter the data concerning the production management on SAP: production quantity, etc. Monitor and verify the production sector's budgets on SAP. Analyze the profitability of the activities and make consequent decisions. Identify training needs within the production units of each center and present them to the HR department. 4-Develop the production sector of the mobility program: Stay up to date on innovations and new products concerning mobility, safety and working conditions; and inform the program manager on any possible innovative idea. Check with the program manager and "Recherche et developpement" team the methods and the products that can be improved; and study the implementation of these changes. Elaborate feasibility studies in coordination with the "Recherche et developpement" team in order to see if the products are to be manufactured or not. Program the execution of the product (who does what, when): and put a task and roles distribution plan  in the run-up. Develop the product (increase the quantity if needed, and diversify the products if necessary). Respect the budget while conducting the financial monitoring of new implementations, new projects and existing or future operations. Monitor the proper implementation of the program by ensuring that production is going according to the study. 5-Manage a team of technicians: Listen to the team's needs and try to respond as quickly as possible. Link the teams of different arcenciel's production centers with each other. Encourage and motivate the team to produce the best in order to accomplish a winning activity. Follow up the HR department in order to develop each volunteer's skills and performance.
