Field Coordinator

To implement the work plan. To coordinate the project component related to field activities managed by Maharat and to work jointly with the project partners in order to make sure that the overall project meets its objectives. Coordinate between main office and the field Coordinate the trainings including coordination with trainees, locations, dates, agenda, trainers To attend the majority of field activities Coordinate community events, conduct the necessary meetings to ensure the success of the events Coordinate with target municipalities and follow up on training and communication strategy implementation. Coordinate with Maharat experts to collect data to be used in the production of material related to the project. Report to the main office about the requirements of the implementation. Collecting and organizing data related to all activities including photo documentation Assisting Maharat's Program Manager in all tasks required for the smooth and proper implementation of activities. Ensuring relations between Maharat and stakeholders involved in projects’ activities Drafting reports on activity implementation Assisting Program Manager in preparing project reports   Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferably in Media, political affairs, law or any relevant degree. At least 3 years of professional experience in media field, NGOs or development agencies. Excellent oral and written communications skills both in Arabic and English. Excellent inter-personal skills Excellent computer proficiency Willingness and ability to work independently, as well as with team members Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of Lebanese media landscape Having a background on media and conflict management.
