Social Worker

Objective + Tasks : Detect people with social needs: Greet people coming for help. Conduct interviews with these people. Assess the need of each situation. Open and classify files for these people. Follow up with welfare beneficiaries and ensure their social support: Conduct interviews with beneficiaries to see if their needs have been met. Conduct site visits (home visits, school, etc.) in order to understand the individual in his environment and try to support him. Develop practical customized social work. Write a detailed report for each case. Promote the development and empowerment of people by providing social support to facilitate integration, adaptation, and rehabilitation to the workplace. Coordinate the work with the members of the center: Keep in touch with the center’s specialists for each case. Organize an action plan with a multidisciplinary approach. Participate in working groups to enrich the institutional and inter-institutional reflection.
