Who are weDRC has been operating in the Middle East and North Africa for over a decade, running a combination of livelihood, protection, advocacy and relief projects.DRC has six project offices throughout Iraq, Syria, Tunisia/Libya, Turkey, and both a country and regional office in Jordan.
Since May 2011, DRC has been actively involved in the Lebanon emergency response to the Syrian crisis with presence in the North, East (Bekaa valley) and South of Lebanon. The DRC response is designed around 4 majors sectors: Food /NFI distribution, Protection, Shelter and livelihood support. As such, DRC is positioned in Lebanon as a main implementing partner of UNHCR, UNICEF, WFP, ECHO and DANIDA,

Duties• Ensure a timely and quality implementation of the project at country level as per the contribution agreement signed with the partner (work plan, guidelines, SOPs, deliverables…),• Manage and supervise the interview team and provide feedback on performance, • Organize debriefing sessions with the team and the RPC, • Manage the Project’s budget and ensure expenditures are forecasted, monitored and charged accordingly, • Manage all procurements related to the project in the most efficient and effective manner, • Follow up with logistics and Admin for all administrative tasks such as transportation, hotel bookings and office management, • Ensure coordination between the office in Hamra, the contact center and the main office in Achrafiyeh, • Ensure all contracts are in place for the different service providers and contribute to making the necessary changes/amendments, • Ensure compliance for all HR, Admin, Finance, procurement and logistics,• Ensure changes occurring throughout the course of the project are incorporated and teams are briefed on new operation modalities, • Be responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to the RPC and Deputy Head of Programs, • Contribute to the development of the project’s database and ensure all data is compiled and stored properly, • Liaise with the donor-government’s representation (embassy), and if/when necessary with the host government and UNHCR, • Communicate withMoSA and external actors about the project if/when needed, and always in close coordination with the RPC,• Link with the RPC if/when technical guidance is needed,• Contribute to the revisions of the contribution agreement and budget, • Represent DRC at country level if requested by the Head of Program/RPC in any meetings related to durable solutions,• Participate in country strategic reviews, linking with the project itself and any potential future program developments (including fundraising) of similar nature.• Refer any media enquiries to the donor, or to DRC’s Country Director or Regional Director as appropriate
About youEssential qualifications: • Graduate in Social Work, Human Rights or any protection related studies,• National staff,Essential experience:• Experience in International or local NGO work,• Experience in resettlement or refugee related projects, • Familiarity with DRC programme and operational procedures preferred.• Ability to maintain confidentiality, respect, non-discrimination and safety of staff and clients at all times,• Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint),
