Responsibilities:Assist Senior Management team and HR Administration department in delivering the following tasks:
In conjunction with with HR/Admn provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team
Takes regular meeting minutes
Follows up on action points with individual SMT members
Participates in and take minutes of working group meetings
Participates as an observer, taking relevant minutes, in non – essential meetings where IMC presence is needed
Supports, sets up, external visits to the office
Administration support
Be a focal point for day to day expat issues.
Ensures that housing, food planning, phones and briefing schedules have been prepared for all new arrivals
Gives the Expat Life Welcome Briefing to all new expatriates arrivals to the country
Bachelor degree
Professional proficiency at English (essential) and Turkish/Arabic (Desirable)
Desirable working experience of at least two years in administration or Admn positions (similar positions)
Desirable experience other NGOs
Essential computer literacy (Word, Excel and Internet)
Ability to work under pressure
Flexibility
Ensuring quality and results oriented
Excellent organization and planning skills
Ability to work with diverse team and team work
Proactive in identification the issues related to recruitment and contract management
Must demonstrate excellent positive approach to solve the problem
