Support and developed the supply chain function as storage, delivery and management Responsible of overseeing the warehousing  and asset management functions with the Project Coordinator , monitoring, advising, promoting and training in good practice in supply chain management, including development of improved logistics systems Responsible for overseeing an effective asset tracking function for materials national wide and for the secure and efficient storage of goods in the warehouses Develop procedures in cooperation with the PC within donor and MEHE rules to ensure the safe delivery of materials to every child enrolled in public schools Monitor and enhance procedures in operational programs through field visits, giving advice, ensuring that distribution staff follow the guidelines Evaluate the divisions of areas and zones of the suggested map before adopting in the whole process of delivery and distribution of school supplies Oversee the processing of supplier invoices, ensuring they are settled with the good plans in soft and electronic copies Give advice and guidance to the Field coordinator by helping him covering all the area needs and the good repartition of the distribution staff within the schools Organize the donor trucks arrival and division per areas including the well division of school supplies in each truck with combination with the data of children enrolled in public schools Follow on the buffer stocks of school supplies received from donors, good management of its storage and responding on the requests of each region Receive requests from field offices on the needs to the educational supplies and manage the delivery process Ensure the good use of materials Report on any damage of school supplies, evaluate the good quality, ensure that all the quantity have the same brand names as mentioned by the donor
