Researcher (Stakeholder Mapping And Scenario Development)

Role The Researcher (Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development) will work in the Lebanon Research Unit comprising two other Researchers. The role of the Researcher (Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development) is to undertake a rigorous stakeholder identification and mapping, and to calculate scenario development of the location in question. The Stakeholder Identification and Mapping will produce a thorough analysis of the needs, and interests and positions of the stakeholders in the location. The Scenario Development analysis will comprise a forecast of the stakeholders’ positions in the near and medium future and will identifying the critical variables with regard to the location, highlighting how potential scenarios will develop. The Researcher (Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development) will give actionable recommendations for implementation of projects. Towards these goals, the Researcher (Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development) will draw on existing work in a multi-disciplinary way towards generating a qualitative and quantitative methodology in collaboration with the Lebanon Research Unit. The Researcher (Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development) will be independent and creative in organising the data collection, and will extract high-quality data. They will give ongoing reporting on results and meet deadlines consistently.   Deliverables Interdisciplinary literature review on stakeholders of the location in question; Contribution to the development of a suitable methodology for the Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development; In-depth Stakeholder Mapping and Scenario Development Report; and Evidence-grounded and actionable recommendations for the implementation of projects in the location under study.
