INVITATION TO TENDER   OX/LEBA64/EC003   Chtaura Water Network Rehabilitation and Expansion Project   Oxfam GB is a Development, Relief and Campaigning Organization working with others to find lasting solutions to poverty and suffering around the world. Oxfam’s global programme includes three types of intervention – humanitarian response, development work, and campaigning. With Funding from the European Union, Oxfam GB in Lebanon is inviting Registered Local, National and International Companies to tender for the Chtaura Water Network Rehabilitation and Expansion Project.   The Invitation to Tender Documents should be collected between Tuesday, October 6th 2015 to Thursday, October 15th 2015 from 09:00 to 16:00 hours (working days) at Oxfam GB office at the below mentioned address.   Your comprehensive bids should be submitted No later than 15:00 hours on Friday, November 6th 2015 at the Oxfam GB office at the below mentioned address. Bids that will be delivered later than the above said day/date and hour will not be accepted.   The bids will be opened at the Oxfam GB Office on Tuesday, November 10th 2015 at 10:30AM by Oxfam GB’s established Bid Evaluation Committee and then tenderers will be informed of the outcome of the same thereafter at the earliest and but not later than Monday, November 20th 2015.     Oxfam GB 1st Floor, Moussalli Building, Etoile Hamra Street, Beirut, Lebanon.
