Duties•Ensure accurate activity and financial planning;•Manage the implementation of housing and infrastructure, cash for housing and infrastructure activities and utilization of housing and infrastructure budget lines as per our donor commitments;•Support the operations teams and participate as required, in procurement processes that require technical input from Housing and Infrastructure;•Lead on proposal development and provide technical input related to housing and infrastructure;•Daily coordination of housing and infrastructure activities with the Area Programme Manager and other teams;•Coordinate with and provide technical input to national level programme processes;•Recruit, capacity building and supervise the Housing and Infrastructure team; About youTo be successful in this role you must have higher level education in engineering, construction, architecture or a related field; excellent computer skills including autocad; microsoft office; and sector related programmes; at least 5 years experience working in the housing and/or infrastructure sector; at least 3 years of managing a team and the implementation of housing and infrastructure projects; Proven experience in project cycle management. Ideally you will also have experience working in the WASH sector; experience of working with Municipalities in Lebanon; experience of working in informal settlements. You must be available to start work mid October 2015 and be willing and able to work in Tripoli.This position will be placed at level D+1 equivalent to a Basic Salary of 2,213 USD per month.
