Responsible For Strategic Workforce Planning (Organizational Development)

Objective + Tasks : Develop an Organizational Analysis : Define arcenciel guidelines. Diagnose needs. Build and update the organizational chart on a daily basis. Complete a climate survey. Develop and manage population pyramids. Perform a Job Analysis : Identify jobs: Map jobs, grades, and functions. Prepare missing job descriptions. Update existing job descriptions. Anticipate occupational evolution. Perform a Competencies (Skills) Analysis : Identify the difference in skills required for each job. Conduct job performance analyses. Analyze and reduce the gaps between existing resources and needs. Adapt skills and competencies to economic, social, technological, or organizational developments. Apply the necessary framework : Identify training needs. Construct a succession plan. Prepare and manage career plans. Personal skills : Ability to analyze and to synthesize Respect deadlines Good listening and communication skills Perseverance  Work Constraints : Mobility throughout the centers Computer Literacy : Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office  Workplace Location : Jisr el Bacha - Beirut  Working Hours : 9 AM– 17 PM
