Accountant

T.E.R.R.E. Liban needs an accountant to plan and manage the overall financial flows and resources and oversee all accounting, controlling and planning activities to ensure the organization's financial viability.
he /she should : 

Monitor all financial activities including management of receivables/payables, cash flows, asset management, budget control, planning, and auditing (e.g. prepare journal entries, compiles and analyzes financial information to prepare entries to book of accounts)
Define budget requirements of own Department for management approval
Manage and oversee annual budgeting process in line with approved policies
Oversee the development of quarterly financial analysis and produce assessment reports for financial performance  of T.E.R.R.E. Liban and present to the President
Prepare monthly financial report to be submitted to the management (e.g. bank reconciliation, accounts reconciliation, aging reports, sales reports)
Follow up on any new financial regulatory requirements and their impact on T.E.R.R.E. Liban's business operations
Develop financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk
Develop external relationships with relevant contacts including auditors, bankers and government organizations
Liaise with external audit companies to ensure annual audit is carried out
Ensure all financial documents that are submitted to top management are audited and accurate
Prepare salaries for all T.E.R.R.E. Liban employees
Prepare yearly depreciation schedule and update asset book value
Review of accounting software to ensure data quality/accuracy
