Community Outreach Worker

Community Outreach worker will provide technical support to the Educational Coordinator; she/he will be responsible of many tasks such as: To visit the Refugee families in their place of residence. To fill the necessary Form properly with each family. Ensure daily contact with target population To listen to the sufferings and joy of refugees. Inform the refugees about their rights and responsibilities. To respond to different family queries with good knowledge of relevant information. To be an active member of the team by providing new ideas, and feedbacks to the Educational Coordinator. Preparing reports Participate in relevant coordination meetings and working groups Administrative Office Work Develop, where possible, any further opportunities for outreach volunteers Perform any other duties as agreed and required by the Educational Officer All candidates must have: Demonstrated capacity to innovate and think creatively Excellent organizational and interpersonal capabilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline Oral and written communication skill in arabic Oral and written communication skill in English Good MS Office skills Be minimum 22 years old, Lebanese national. Willingness to work in Kfarnabrakh El Chouf and neighboring villages. History of volunteering Drive License is mandatory Immediate availability to take up position if selected.
