We are looking for a highly qualified candidate who can fit the position of a Business entrepreneurship development Consultant. Who are weDRC has been operating in the Middle East and North Africa for over a decade, running a combination of livelihood, protection, advocacy and relief projects. DRC has six project offices throughout Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Tunisia/Libya, Turkey, and both a country and regional office in Jordan.DRC Lebanon has been assisting the Syrian displaced, fleeing Syria into northern Lebanon, since May 2011. This assistance has come through the provision of food and non-food items, various outreach activities (registration, follow-up and awareness sessions) rehabilitation of collective shelters and the implementation of quick impact projects.For further information about DRC, please refer to our website: www.drc.dk DutiesThe project will be implemented in partnership with the “Business Incubation Association in Tripoli (BIAT)”,Main tasks:• Provide strategic guidance and support to business entrepreneurs and support in providing appropriate trainings and information activities • Support in implementing business development activities in coordination with different stakeholders.• Monitor and supervise the business expenditure plan of the entrepreneurs and provide mentoring and advisory when needed • Serve as the main link between the business incubator, entrepreneurs, DRC and different stakeholders• Liaise with entrepreneurs on a daily basis and assist them in implementing their business plan• Assist the business incubator in developing business development strategies and market analysis• Provide administrative and logistical support during the implementation of the project• Monitor and attend the delivery of trainings and ensure tools and output are put into action during the implementation About youTo be successful in this role you must have Bachelor in business management, economics or related fields also essential experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing business development projects in the private sector, previous experience and knowledge in SME fieldIdeally you will also have previous experience in entrepreneurship field, self starter, s trong skills in strategic planning and market feasibility study, preferably with previous experience in entrepreneurship field, self starter, proficiency in social media marketing and Microsoft office, Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to build relationship with key stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and reporting skills , good communication and organizational skills, commitment to the values, vision and mission of DRC      We offerAn interesting consultancy in one of the world’s best NGOs. DRC will offer the successful applicant a contract until 31st of December 2015, renewable dependent on both funding and performance. You must be available to start work from September 2015 and be willing and able to work in Tripoli.Salary and conditions will be in accordance with Danish Refugee Council’s Terms of Employment for National staff.
