Arts And Sports Teacher

The Arts and Sports teacher will work on building a firm foundation for refugee students to help them learn the basics of art and develop their creativity in addition to providing them with some sport activities. Key Responsibilities Teach knowledge and skills in art, including drawing, painting and lettering. Supervise and assist students, grade artwork, encourage creativity and teach techniques in a variety of mediums. Organize games and challenges that promote physical activity among children and young adults. Lead students through creative play and hands-on activities. Plan lessons according to ALP curriculum and assess students, tailoring their lessons according to the abilities of the children in the classroom. Coordinate with other teachers and school principal. Conduct regular teachers’ and parents’ meetings. Applying JRS policies during class time. Work Schedule Instructing 10 hours of Arts and 10 hours of Sports / week. Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM till 1:10 PM
