Data Entry Group Supervisor

Function responsibilities Data entry Supervise all study data entry staff for appropriately for 6-8 hours daily for study duration. Participates in compilation of daily data entry quality assurance tasks Supervises data cross-checks at set intervals with data entry operator staff Performs data quality checks throughout the day. Performs data merging daily; this task is performed after all data quality checks. Performs data cleaning including completion of coding and recoding quality checks. Data management   Reporting Report immediately to the Study Administrator any problem arising with data provided or database Upon request Other   Specific activities linked to context 1. Daily check-in with Study Administrator, survey organization, database cross-check log in ................................... 2. Recruitment criteria
Education: University degree .Computer science, Information technology, MIS, statistics or any related field. Medical Education preferred. Computer literacy. At ease with figures. Microsoft xcel 2010 proficient.
Experience: Min. 1 year experience in a position with exposure to figures, familiarity with database and profienciency with Microsoft Office. Medical training is a plus.
Languages:
FLUENT English Fluent Arabic MANDATORY
Competencies: cf annex list => Established by the HR department.
Personal qualities: Flexibility, ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural people, open-minded, good communication skills, ability to listen, diplomacy, high computer literacy.
