Group Supervisor X 2

Scope of responsibilities Supervise interview teams per your designated group.  Report to study administrator with all necessary information daily.  Daily supervision and management of: 10 persons for 2 week period Help in problem solving among the team Evaluate needs for additional training and supervision of team members. Ensure training and guidance of this staff (formal/informal) under the supervision of the hierarchical referent Represent MSF and maintain regular contact with authorities and stake holders at community level (community leaders, coordinators, social development actors, NGOs, enabling community health centres, schools, etc. .. .) Carry out all protocol related to the Saida Study and communicate with staff members any issues that may diverge from protocol.    Participate in the implementation of the Saida Study protocol Participate actively in the monitoring and the reporting of data collection activities (check surveys for correction, completion, and timeliness). Complete daily debrief forms, including calculations of total households visited, completed surveys, and villages. Ensure a relevant transfer of information to the field coordinator and study administrator. Report immediately to the field coordinator any problem arising in the service, especially the loss/ robbery/damage of equipment or any staff safety issues.
