Function responsibilities Data entry Enter study data in the study database appropriately for 6-8 hours daily for study duration. Participates in compilation of daily data entry tasks (completion of daily survey data input) Participates in the search of missing data Participates in data quality checks with Data Entry Supervisor daily Data management Reporting Report immediately to the Data Entry Supervisor any problem arising with data provided or database Upon request Other Specific activities linked to context 1. Daily check-in, survey organization, database cross-check log in ......................................................................... 2. Daily data cross-checking with Data Entry Supervisor to ensure quality of data entered ........................................ Responsibilities to MSF General knowledge of MSF   Has a general understanding of the association, its functioning, structure and values (charter). Is aware of MSF’s objectives and activities in general and in the working context. Participates actively in meetings and trainings. Co-operation with other departments Is aware of security rules and situation in the field at all times. Is aware of activities of other departments and respect specific rules and procedures. Provides support when necessary. Information   Help the comprehension of general issues regarding social and political context through sharing of information Translate documents and/or interprets conversation when necessary

Education: High school. Computer literacy. At ease with figures. Microsoft excel 2010 proficient.
Experience: Min. 1 year experience in a clerical or secretarial position with exposure to figures and computer with Microsoft Office.

FLUENT English Fluent Arabic MANDATORY
Competencies: cf annex list => Established by the HR department.
Personal qualities: Flexibility, ability to work with multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural people, open-minded, good communication skills, ability to listen, diplomacy, high computer literacy.
