Educators - Center Of Resilience For Children

 Job Details: himaya's shelter in Broumana is looking for males and females educators. Candidates must have experience with children and teenagers. This position requires 3 shifts per week, including day and night shift. Main Job Duties: Prepare sessions to give for children in coordination with the head of center Asses class needs in terms of papers, books, notebooks, and other needs, and present it to the administrative coordinator in the center. Prepare tests and evaluation regularly Attend the meetings with all employees in the center regularly Participate in diverse trainings proposed by the center Collaborate with all team members at work Assist children in their school’s homework Employ creative methods in teaching: dialogue, theatre, songs, games, etc. Conflict resolution among children Suggest and improve the communication techniques with children Adapt to the lifestyle of children taking into consideration the capabilities of each one of them. Qualifications: High school degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years working with children Strong personality Able to work under stress and to deal with children and people from different background Accountability and liability
