Logistics System Administrator For Emergency Medical Services

role purpose The EMS Logistics Administrator is based in EMS HQ. He/she manages the EMS IT online portal for logistics, provides support to the EMS stations using the logistics portal and responds to regular daily queries from stations for all logistics related issues excluding Fleet. key responsibilities Manage the EMS IT online portal for Logistics on a daily basis Update the EMS product catalogue at the request of the equipment manager Provide online and offline support to EMS stations using the online portal Coordinate with the vendor to solve any problems related to the online portal Propose improvements to the online system to the EMS Equipment Manager Participate in all training sessions to Station Warehouse Managers Respond to all regular daily requests of the station warehouse managers in coordination with the EMS Equipment manager Follow-up and crosscheck the monthly consumable inventories of the stations, and ensure that the correct monthly inventories are logged on the system Follow-up the yearly consumable inventories of the stations, sends reminders to the stations and notifies the Equipment Manager of delays Assist equipment manager in identifying the equipment needs of the stations and preparing the periodic and exceptional requisitions accordingly Provide monthly reports to the EMS Equipment Manager Able to take over duties of the EMS Equipment Manager during absences or vacations
