Community Manager

Job Summary Sakker El Dekkene’s Community Manager plays a key role in contributing actively to the development, operationalization and implementation of a social media online campaign strategy for Sakker El Dekkene.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities A.    Website/Application: 1)      Contribute to the development of Dekkene website content including articles, charts, images, etc. in English and Arabic. 2)      Remain updated on website/application activity, and moderate requests/posts/reports coming to the website/application. 3)      Monitor website/application analytics. 4)      Participate to the specification of website/application extensions when needed. 5)      Have innovative ideas to upgrade the website and application.          B.  Social media: 1)      Research best practices across various platforms and social communities including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and Instagram;          document those relevant for the Dekkene and implement them. 2)      Post statements on Sakker El Dekkene’s facebook page; activate twitter and Instagram with relevant posts, responses, likes,            shares, etc. 3)      Handle replies and comments to users and keep a consistent tone in all replies 4)      Continuous monitoring of what is being said about Sakker El Dekkene 5)      Monitor social media analytics and help plan and implement paid online campaign when relevant 6)      Keep Youtube updated with latest movies, play lists, etc. and work on Youtube SEO 7)      Research Lebanese blogs and social communities relevant to the Dekkene’s subject matter, categorize them, and engage with          them. 8)      Locate stakeholders online relevant to the Dekkene and link with them in coordination with Dekkene team (ex. I Paid a Bribe,          etc.) 9)      Continuous monitoring of corruption articles and events in the media. 10)     Be confident in increasing our social media followers         C.   Coordination and Strategy: 1)      Close coordination with Sakker El Dekkene management 2)      Close coordination with Sakker El Dekkene team to engage them in social media activity (volunteer  trainings when needed) 3)      Sending a weekly summary of progress and updates on all the above points 4)      Work on SEO, and provide immediate optimization and guidelines for the future 5)      Prepare a comprehensive online communication strategy 6)      Work with the team on the ongoing projects   Competencies:   Problem-Solving and Decision Making Drive for Results Customer and market focus Cultural Awareness Planning/Organizing Creativity/Innovation
