Tracing the increasing of the segment of  cases that are diagnosed in each ISs in their areas Organize early intervention for infection prevention and control at the beginning of the outbreak when necessary Provide practical supervision during early interventions to ensure correct infection control, and monitoring measures; conduct training interventions in communities to prevent  person-to-person transmission Contact isolation was enforced for suspected cases with mandatory use of single-use personal protective equipment, and a designated strict isolation area was established for confirmed cases. Assist Community/Training Coordinator in conduction of training for community  workers in emergency preparedness and response Constantly liaises and coordinates actions with hygiene promoters and MMUs. In collaboration with hygiene promotion team leaders organize and conduct preventive health care and awareness rising campaigns in the host communities Work closely with the CWs to monitor health and nutrition status of children under 5 and PLW and ensure that these vulnerable groups have access to relevant services Conduct regular follow-ups visits for malnourished children to ensure that all malnourished children are visited PHC and receiving food according to the calculation guidelines and getting timely treatment Participate in the screening campaigns organized by PHC MOPH and assist  in mobilizing communitie Facilitate the referral of the “non-responding” children to the trained PHC/Hospitals.  Ensure effective follow up of these children. Ensure that all children referred to the PHC or hospital are followed up Submit a weekly report of all activities and report any problems in a timely manner to the Area Field Officer. Perform any other duties assigned to her by the supervisor.
