Infection Prevention & Control Trainer

Functions and responsibilities The trainer will be responsible of preparing and conducting infection prevention and control trainings. The trainer is expected to provide a one day training on IPC in 4 different operation areas namely Beirut, Bekaa, Tripoli and South. Develop the objective, syllabus and agenda for the training Prepare the training materials and presentation in Arabic Cover the major IPC topics in primary health care namely hand hygiene, disinfection and sterilization, standard precautions, waste management, sharp disposal, injections, employee health, cleaning of facility and others. Develop exercises and case studies to help participant understand and transfer knowledge to practice Prepare training pre and post test. Provide 4 days interactive training Prepare training report     Minimum Qualifications Academic and professional Possession of a relative degree or certification in health specifically infection prevention and control   Experience A minimum of two years of satisfactory working experience Experience in designing and presenting training programs Knowledge and relevant experience in infection prevention and control   Language Good command of written and spoken Arabic and working knowledge of English/French
