Volunteer Event Planning- Videography

We've a oppening for a volunteering position in a growing organization to support cancer patients, the volunteer will give a few hours per week to assist in planning the organization's events and achiveing the prospected goals. Main duties for event planing: Event planning, design with time limits. Planning facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc. Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest Create summary reports of each event outlining how data gathered from current community events can be used to develop successful future events Main duties for video production: Producing, Filming and Editing video content. Coordinating with the event planner during interviews and filming. Media management and archiving of completed jobs.
